Formed as a rhythm section in 2012, Scattered Melodies made a quick name for themselves as being the "Masters of Collaboration". With an interchanging cast of features, their early albums and shows would showcase a different singer for each song. After crafting this model over the next five years, the dynamic duo began to crave stability, bringing in their favorite features to deliver a stellar & consistent lineup. Scattered Melodies is now officially firing on all cylinders with Killa Maus, Haley Green & Laura Hamlin creating a fierce trio of vocal harmony, along with the funk masters Kazton Boone (guitar) and Phelan Parker (saxophone) bringing a burning hot fire of their own.

Scattered Melodies released their third full-length album "Patterns" in September 2018. In celebration of the release, they teamed up with Tempe brewery The Shop Beer Co. to craft a "You Bad Juicy Pale Ale" inspired by their single "You Bad". The single has also made it's way onto the intro music of "My Gilbert Podcast" and it's music video was showcased in the 2018 Jerome Film Festival. Scattered Melodies plans to get back into the studio in 2020, diving deeper into the world of funk & soul music.
